Side Sliding
Windows
There are several different types of side sliding windows. In all cases, this type of window is constructed with two sashes mounted one beside the other. There are double sliders whose sashes both move side to side and single sliders in which only one sash glides and the other sash is fixed. There are variations on how we clean each sash depending on whether the sashes tilt into the room for cleaning or whether they lift out and are removed.

The old window was removed and the new window installed in less than an hour. Both the interior and exterior finishes look fantastic. I have noticed that I don't hear as much street noise now with the new window. Can't wait for the warm weather to be able to open the windows. Read less

There was some minor damage to one of the units during shipping, that would not have been noticed by me the homeowner.
