Our experience with Aaben Widows has been excellent. We had to replace a large section of the windows of the cathedral-shaped back of our house. Aaben was able to offer a wood-clad vinyl product that, after staining, matches the remaining wood-framed windows perfectly, and at a reasonable price. The installation process was very efficient, much smoother than we feared. No regrets whatsoever!

We had Aaben install 2 sets of windows on 2 different occasions. One was a much larger job than the other. In both cases we felt comfortable with the estimate in terms of the costing and how that was presented as it related to the benefits. We were also happy with the quality of the product itself and the care taken by the installers for the installation. And specifically how well the job site was managed. Any issues with the overall installation were identified and resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate it and are very satisfied upon completion!

Our experience with Aaben was fantastic. Since I walked into the showroom and the installers left the house I was amazed at how smoothly the process went. The sales person carefully explained the benefits of their windows, the pre-installer carefully measured all the openings to ensure that our existing blinds would fit seamlessly into the new windows and finally the expert install team who did an outstanding job. I can say that we are extremely happy and will be using them again in the future and recommend them to our friends.

I requested quotes from a few companies to replace my existing casement window with a picture window. I chose Aaben not just because they had the best overall price, but also because I found them very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The on-site measuring, ordering and subsequent installation all went smoothly according to the timing they explained up front. I'm very happy with the process and my new unobstructed view!

This company is beyond 5 stars. The salesman was excellent, explained everything, answered our questions and answered our questions....An 1800's stone house is full of challenges. The installers came and went right to work. Each knew what their job was and got right to it. None wasted any time. They were respectful, capable, trades people. Did everything as discussed. No cutting corners. Quality work these days is a rarity. These are the people you need if you are looking for doors and windows. You won't be disappointed.

Aaben windows recently replaced both a huge bow and a small window in our home as well as completed a door to window conversion for us. From end to end the service was superb, including working with Rob Mahoney in sales, Ben for pre-installation and scheduling, and the amazing installation team. All were professional, cheerful, and good communicators throughout the process of the project. We will use Aaben’s window services in future as we gradually upgrade in the future. Highly recommend.

We have used a few window and door companies in the area over the years and have reached the point where we just go straight to Aaben. They have done a few jobs for us now and are our go to for future work. Most recently they replaced our front door and sidelights and aluminum clad our garage door framing. They are always competitively priced and the quality of their materials and workmanship is top notch. They show up when promised and they take their time to do the job right. The jobsite is always left clean when they are done. What really sets them apart for us is the quality of their customer service. It's 10 star for sure. We have always found every employee there, whether it's in sales, or office admin, or the installers themselves to provide excellent customer service. They really can't be beat.
